So my first impression of this muzzle device is very good, it went on the barrel very smooth and the textured end of the device allows for a good non slip when putting on the final twists for maximum tightening, it’s got a good weight to it and it’s well manufactured, and it doesn’t add that much weight to rifle. One con I see is that that their is good sized gap between the barrel and the shroud that will allow dust dirt and other stuff to get lodged in there, maybe a heat proof rubber washer to seal the gap at the base of the shroud. Just an idea. when I used it at the range I did notice a significant difference in the recoil and it is definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend it

Aahhemm…..so you didn’t buy a crush washer to go with your shroud when you bought it?
